We screen applicants in accordance with our written rental criteria and applicable fair-housing requirements. Screening may include credit, background, rental-history, income, employment, and identity verification, along with any approved co-signer requirements.
Residents can pay rent through the online tenant portal. We monitor payments, communicate regarding delinquent balances, and issue notices or take further action in accordance with the lease and applicable Arizona requirements.
We coordinate maintenance and repairs using qualified vendors and communicate with owners regarding work that requires approval. Property inspections are completed in accordance with the management agreement and the needs of the property.
Owners receive access to detailed financial reporting through the online owner portal, including available income and expense statements, invoices, and year-end tax documents.
