Meet the Team

Hello, my name is Daniel Reichardt and I'm the owner and Broker of Genesis Real Estate & Management. I am a second generation real estate broker, and obtained my real estate license in 2005. I believe in being as knowledgeable as I can in my field, so I obtained my Graduate Real Estate Institute designation (GRI), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Designated Broker License. I am a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. I work very hard to exceed my clients needs and expectations. I have built great relationships with my past clients, and a big part of my success has been supported by referrals from my past clients. When I'm hired by a client I treat them from day one as if they will be a client of mine for life. In addition to the services I personally offer my clients, I manage my own full-service Real Estate Company & Property Management Company. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters.

Ian has always been interested in Real Estate and obtained his Real Estate License in 2009, his Graduate Realtor Institute designation in 2010 and his Brokers License in 2017. During this time he also served in the U.S. Army Reserve following his Active Duty Army service. He began property and asset management in 2011 and has been the Operations Manager of the Brokerage since then. When he isn’t working he spends time with his wife and their three daughters.

Land Broker and Developer
After Serving 4 years in the US Navy on an aircraft carrier during Vietnam, Bill returned home and attended the University of Arizona on the GI Bill. During this time he obtained his Real Estate Salesman license. In the mid-70's Bill got his brokers license and went to work with a land developer developing custom home subdivisions and selling lots to individuals and home builders. Bill started his own company and was involved in the development and sale of numerous custom home developments in the Tucson area before coming to work with Genesis Real Estate in 1991. Since then Bill has continued to specialize in land sales both large and small including acting as a procuring agent for a large corporate buyer in the Tucson area.

James graduated from the University of Arizona in 2005. He received his Real Estate License in 2009. He is a residential property manager, buyers agent,and sellers agent.

I am a true Tucson native and I grew up on the north side in Oro Valley. I know Tucson an its surrounding areas well. It has been a long time goal of mine to become a realtor and I enjoy talking to new comers about how amazing this town really is. There are the surrounding mountains, desert views and sunsets. Entertainment wise there are unique dining and shopping experiences all over. I received my Business management degree from the Eller College at the University of Arizona. Early in my career I developed strong building blocks in top management positions that have helped me become a driven entrepreneur, problem solver and leader. In 2017 I earned my real estate license. I always put my clients first and I realize active listening and attention to detail is imperative. I want clients to achieve their ultimate dream or goal at the end of their home buying experience. I also have a big desire to help future clients achieve success with listing their homes. I am so happy to be a part of the Genesis real estate team!

Originally from Chicago, I have called Tucson home since 1999. I have been in property management since 2000 where I have received and learned an abundance of knowledge from many great employers and professionals in the industry. I became a licensed Real Estate agent in 2009 and am currently working on my Brokers License. I enjoy all areas of Real Estate from working with first time home buyers, seasoned investors, owners looking to sell or renting their property. I believe every client and every situation is unique and deserves professionalism ,diligence , creative problem solving and confidence. I am bilingual in spanish and can communicate fluently in speaking and writing. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family, two dogs and being outdoors.

As a 3 rd generation native Tucsonan raised on the East side in the Tanque Verde Valley, I am distinctly familiar with this beautiful city. From the Catalina Foothills to the Lost Barrio, Vail, the Tanque Verde Valley & everything in between; Tucson is a spectacular place to call home! Most of my career has been in the real estate industry in one form or another. My passion for Real Estate began in my teens when I had my first opportunity to be involved in an investment home rehab with my father. For the last nearly 20 years I have had the opportunity to rehab homes in Arizona & Montana, stage homes, design rehabs & interior design, and build spec homes. I wanted to share my love for the industry by helping others through the process of buying & selling Real Estate. In 2014 I earned my license, and I have truly enjoyed representing buyers, sellers & investors in Tucson ever since. Having grown up in a family business, my goal is to provide every client with the personal attention & knowledgeable representation they deserve. Outside of work I am the mother of 2 kids & 2 dogs, and the wife of a Veteran & First Responder. We love to explore the expansive nature of SE Arizona, travel the country and find adventure.
