Meet the Team

Ian Thomas has been a licensed Arizona real estate professional since 2009. He earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation in 2010 and obtained his Associate Broker’s license in 2017.

Ian began working in property and asset management in 2011 and now serves as the Operations Manager for Genesis Real Estate & Management, LLC. In this role, he helps oversee the brokerage’s daily operations, supports the property management team and assists clients with investment-property acquisitions and management strategies.

Ian also served in the U.S. Army Reserve following his active-duty military service. He brings leadership, organization and extensive real estate experience to every aspect of his work.

Outside of the office, Ian enjoys spending time with his wife and their three daughters.

Bill McReynolds is an experienced land broker and developer with decades of real estate expertise in Tucson and Southern Arizona. After serving four years in the U.S. Navy aboard an aircraft carrier during the Vietnam War, Bill returned home and attended the University of Arizona through the GI Bill. During that time, he earned his Arizona real estate salesperson’s license.

In the mid-1970s, Bill obtained his broker’s license and began working with a land developer, where he helped develop custom-home subdivisions and market residential lots to individual buyers and homebuilders. He later founded his own company and participated in the development and sale of numerous custom-home communities throughout the Tucson area.

Bill joined Genesis Real Estate & Management, LLC in 1991 and continues to specialize in both large and small land transactions. His extensive experience includes representing individual property owners, developers, investors and corporate buyers seeking land throughout Southern Arizona.

James Gosses is a graduate of the University of Arizona and has been a licensed Arizona real estate professional since 2009. As a Realtor® and Property Manager with Genesis Real Estate & Management, LLC, James assists property owners with the day-to-day management and leasing of their rental properties while also helping buyers and sellers navigate the Tucson real estate market.

With experience in residential property management, leasing and real estate sales, James works closely with owners, tenants, buyers and sellers to help make each transaction and property-management experience as smooth and efficient as possible.

Originally from Chicago, Angie Pena has called Tucson home since 1999. She began her career in property management in 2000, gaining extensive knowledge and experience while working with respected employers and professionals throughout the industry. Angie earned her Arizona real estate license in 2009 and continues to expand her professional expertise.

As a Realtor® and Property Manager with Genesis Real Estate & Management, LLC, Angie assists first-time homebuyers, experienced investors, property owners, sellers and rental-property clients. She understands that every client and property is unique and approaches each situation with professionalism, diligence, creative problem-solving and confidence.

Angie is bilingual in English and Spanish and communicates fluently in both speaking and writing. Her strong industry experience and personalized approach allow her to guide clients through their real estate and property management needs with clarity and care.

Outside of work, Angie enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and caring for her two dogs.

Bea Pena moved to Tucson from Chicago with her family in 2000 and quickly fell in love with the beauty and character of the Old Pueblo. She brings extensive experience in property management, furnished rentals, relocation services and residential real estate.

Bea specializes in helping property owners successfully market and manage furnished rental homes. Through her established network of relocation contacts, she also helps connect furnished-property owners with professionals, families and other qualified renters seeking temporary or extended housing in the Tucson area.

As a Realtor® and Property Manager with Genesis Real Estate & Management, LLC, Bea assists clients with buying, selling, leasing and managing residential properties. She believes that clear communication, transparency and dedication are the foundation of every successful client relationship.

Lemonie Minguela began her real estate career in 2023 as a property management office assistant with Genesis Real Estate & Management, LLC. Through her strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to client service, she has grown into the roles of licensed Realtor® and Property Manager.

Lemonie manages a growing portfolio of rental properties while also providing essential back-office support for the company’s property management operations. Her responsibilities include assisting with lease administration, tenant communication, property documentation, compliance matters and the coordination of day-to-day office processes.

In addition to property management, Lemonie assists buyers, sellers and real estate investors throughout Tucson and Southern Arizona. She is especially interested in residential sales, investment properties, renovations and property-flipping opportunities. Lemonie is known for her professionalism, organization, clear communication and dedication to building lasting client relationships.

Pedro Cardenas is a licensed Arizona real estate agent with Genesis Real Estate & Management, LLC, serving clients throughout Tucson and Southern Arizona. Since earning his real estate license in June 2026, Pedro has worked closely with the company’s experienced real estate and property management professionals, gaining valuable knowledge and hands-on experience.

Pedro is committed to providing exceptional service through prompt communication, professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
