Meet the Team

Hello, my name is Daniel Reichardt and I'm the owner and Broker of Genesis Real Estate & Management. I am a second generation real estate broker, and obtained my real estate license in 2005. I believe in being as knowledgeable as I can in my field, so I obtained my Graduate Real Estate Institute designation (GRI), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Designated Broker License. I am a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. I work very hard to exceed my clients needs and expectations. I have built great relationships with my past clients, and a big part of my success has been supported by referrals from my past clients. When I'm hired by a client I treat them from day one as if they will be a client of mine for life. In addition to the services I personally offer my clients, I manage my own full-service Real Estate Company & Property Management Company. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters.

Ian has always been interested in Real Estate and obtained his Real Estate License in 2009, his Graduate Realtor Institute designation in 2010 and his Brokers License in 2017. During this time he also served in the U.S. Army Reserve following his Active Duty Army service. He began property and asset management in 2011 and has been the Operations Manager of the Brokerage since then. When he isn’t working he spends time with his wife and their three daughters.

Land Broker and Developer
After Serving 4 years in the US Navy on an aircraft carrier during Vietnam, Bill returned home and attended the University of Arizona on the GI Bill. During this time he obtained his Real Estate Salesman license. In the mid-70's Bill got his brokers license and went to work with a land developer developing custom home subdivisions and selling lots to individuals and home builders. Bill started his own company and was involved in the development and sale of numerous custom home developments in the Tucson area before coming to work with Genesis Real Estate in 1991. Since then Bill has continued to specialize in land sales both large and small including acting as a procuring agent for a large corporate buyer in the Tucson area.

James graduated from the University of Arizona in 2005. He received his Real Estate License in 2009. He is a residential property manager, buyers agent,and sellers agent.

Originally from Chicago, I have called Tucson home since 1999. I have been in property management since 2000 where I have received and learned an abundance of knowledge from many great employers and professionals in the industry. I became a licensed Real Estate agent in 2009 and am currently working on my Brokers License. I enjoy all areas of Real Estate from working with first time home buyers, seasoned investors, owners looking to sell or renting their property. I believe every client and every situation is unique and deserves professionalism ,diligence , creative problem solving and confidence. I am bilingual in spanish and can communicate fluently in speaking and writing. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family, two dogs and being outdoors.

My family and I moved to Tucson from Chicago in 2000, and I fell in love with all of the beauty here in the Old Pueblo. Having a background in property management, relocation and short term rentals makes me excited to dive even more into my career in Real Estate here in Tucson. I love helping clients navigate and feel supported in their Real Estate needs whether it's buying, selling or renting a home. I feel that communication, transparency and dedication is what makes for a successful relationship. Working with Genesis offers the support that strengthens my love for this career.

Since beginning her real estate journey in 2023 as a property management office assistant, Lemonie has mastered the complexities of property management. Her hard work has not only boosted our office efficiency but also strengthened relationships with clients and tenants. Her problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and strong work ethic have made her an outstanding assistant and an excellent property manager with a growing portfolio.
