Genesis Real Estate & Management, LLC provides full-service residential property management throughout Tucson and Southern Arizona. Serving the area since 2010, our team of seven licensed real estate agents currently manages approximately 475 rental doors.

Current Pricing

• Long-term unfurnished rentals:
  • 10% of monthly rent collected
• Furnished Rentals:
  • 15% of monthly rent collected for rental terms of five months or less
  • 12% of monthly rent collected for rental terms of six months or longer
  • One-Time Setup Fee: $200
  • New Tenant Fee: $150

Move-in, move-out and pre-renewal inspections are included.

No monthly management fee is charged while the property is vacant. The monthly management fee is charged only when rent is collected.

Genesis does not charge the monthly management percentage while a property is vacant and not generating rent. The management fee is charged only when rent is collected.
