We make sure you get paid on time, every time. You no longer have to worry about rent showing up in your bank account. We disburse checks directly at the bank or via ACH direct deposit into our owner’s accounts. Notices for late payments on rents are sent to delinquent tenants on the owner’s behalf.
We conduct property inspections at move-in and again prior to renewal and provide additional inspections if the property exterior is not being kept up. Maintenance and upkeep of the property will be performed as specified in your property maintenance plan.
